Suzdal - churches
This photo symbolises the separation of church and state - our state - not the nation-state. Looking from behind a fence we are prevented by bushes from entering the church in any form. The churches, in turn, are separated from the clouds which represent a higher power.
Or it could just be a very badly composed shot.
